1. SMS Program Overview

Hipsetter Media Inc. uses SMS to communicate with individuals who have expressly consented to receive messages. Our program may support missed-call recovery, customer care, project communication, appointment coordination, and other service-related conversations.

We do not purchase third-party contact lists or send unsolicited text messages.

2. Types of Messages

• Missed-call follow-up and responses to inquiries
• Customer support and service-request communications
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
• Project, account, or service-status updates
• Other recurring messages specifically disclosed at opt-in

3. How Recipients Opt In

Website form

A user voluntarily enters a mobile number and checks a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not preselected, and a user may submit the primary form without agreeing to marketing texts.

Verbal consent

During a telephone or in-person interaction, a user may expressly authorize Hipsetter Media to send texts related to the user’s inquiry, service, appointment, or business relationship.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Supported opt-out words may also include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT where supported. A final confirmation message may be sent.

8. Mobile Privacy

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent records, and opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers may process communications only as needed to operate the program, secure the service, comply with law, or fulfill a recipient request.

9. Delivery

SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability, device compatibility, network conditions, and third-party services. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
